Exams for assessment of the knowledge accrual only serve as intermediary to assess the candidate’s worthiness of his acquired knowledge that can help humankind in future in the faculty. The current edition aims to help students format the answers and quickly revise the important aspects of theoretical knowledge asked in orthopedic examinations. The questions have been taken from previous year papers so that the students can get a hold of the type of questions asked and the correct answers to them.

• Detailed and complete answers to all theory questions asked in last 12 years of DNB theory paper. The answers are primarily based on title Essential Orthopedics: Principles and Practice, 2nd edition.
• The questions are arranged in 6 chapters based on broad divisions of orthopedic faculty in which the questions are organized in four different papers of theory examination. The questions have been then sorted and answers provided in a simple question-answer format.
