OP Murty is currently Professor, Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He has been Professor, Forensic Pathology at UITM, Malaysia, and King Faisal University, Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has an extensive long experience of teaching the subject to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students at the premier institute-All MS. Dr Murty has authored more than 130 scientific papers in national and international journals. He has been Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to promotion of forensic medicine and its usefulness in the administration of law and justice.
