Order related
In the search bar, enter the book title, author name or ISBN. When results are displayed, select the book that you'd like to buy.
Choose the quantity and click on ‘Add to cart’. At this point, you can go back to the search bar and add more books to your shopping cart.
After you have added all your purchases, click on 'Shopping Cart' on the top of the page and review your purchases. You can then 'Proceed to checkout'.
If you're a registered customer, enter your email address and password. If you're a new customer, you can opt for guest checkout. We recommend that you register with us to make faster purchases in the future.
Provide your details: personal, delivery address and billing details. Review and click to make payment. Follow instructions on the payment gateway and you're done!
This may rarely happen due to delay in internal bank transfers or complete transaction failure. Please call us on +91-9912817189. If the amount is received by our payment gateway partner, the order will be confirmed within 24 hours. However, if the payment is not received because of a transaction failure, please get in touch with your bank for reversal of the amount.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a PRK order number and other details.
Upon successful placement of the order, a confirmation email will be sent. When your order is shipped, another email is sent with the shipping and courier tracking details. For detailed tracking status, you can login to our courier partner’s website and track your shipment with the AWB number.
If a book is 'Out of stock', it means that it is currently not available. However, you can click on 'Notify me' button and fill in the relevant details. We will notify you when the book(s) becomes available.
Shipping and delivery
We usually ship all orders within 24-48 hours. However, in case of specialized category book(s), it may go up to 3-4 days.
We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies such as Fedex,Delhivery,Xpress Bees,DTDC and Tirupati. In some cases, where the pincode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use India Post.
While we strive to apply reasonable shipping charges, the rates may vary depending on the delivery region.
The estimated delivery time is 4-5 days. However, it may go up to 6-7 days depending on the serviceability of your pincode area.
Returns
If the book(s) meet the returns policy norms mentioned above, please email us at helpdesk@parasredkart.com or call us on +91-9912817189 between 11am-7pm from Monday to Saturday to raise a return request.
Once your return request is accepted, you will be required to self-ship the book(s) through India Post to the following address:

The courier charges to self-ship the book(s) will be refunded to you in addition to your order amount.
A refund amount will be initiated from our end only after the book(s) have reached us in good condition. Once initiated, you will receive an email confirming the return request details. The amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
Book(s) may be returned ONLY (i) if they have been delivered in a damaged condition, (ii) if there are missing/defective pages (iii) if incorrect book(s) have been delivered, (iv) if mistakenly ordered a higher quantity or (v) if there is any other manufacturing defect.
A return request with us can be raised only within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests raised with us after 7 days of delivery will NOT be accepted.
Cancellation and refunds
A cancellation request can be made by calling us on +91-9912817189. Your order will be cancelled if the book(s) have not been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, your refund will be initiated on the same day and will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days. However, a payment gateway fee of 2.2% will be deducted from the transaction amount.
