uchit Tamboli is a developmental pediatrician is the national chairperson, lAP's Growth Development Behavioral Chapter 2014- 15, He is expert committee member, Government of India's District Early Intervention Centre 2013, He has been a member of lAP Task Force on Prevention of Childhood Obesity 2013; executive council member Maharashtra State lAP 2010 & 2012; member Academic Committee, lAP Adolescent Chapter 2012; President lAP Ahmednagar 2010; fellow, Indian Academy of Child and Adolescent Mental Health; executive council member, IACAMH 2005-2007; He has published 12 research papers and articles in national journals on growth and development and is coauthor of Behavioral Pediatrics published by lAP, 2007, 2013. He has been a faculty at lAP GDBP module 2011, lAP Difficult Adolescent Module 2012, lAP Emotional Intelligence Module 2014, and a member lAP Growth Curve Committee 2014. Santosh Nimbalkar has Postgraduate Diploma in Developmental Neurology from Kerala University. The Indian Academy Pediatrics (lAP) awarded him fellowship in developmental pediatrics. He is presently practising at Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India, where he has started a child development centre. He is national executive member of the Growth, Development and Behavioral Pediatrics Chapter and also the Childhood Disability Group of lAP Chapter. His passion for developmentally supportive care in neonatal intensive care unit initiated him to train doctors and nursing staffs in kangaroo-mother care and breastfeeding. He is the District Coordinator of the Breastfeeding Promotion Networking of India and has written Clinical Management of Breastfeeding. He has won various awards for his work in the field of developmental and community pediatrics.
